一轉眼又是星期一。
還是病懨懨的我。

持續傷風感冒中。
禁食任何雞蛋和雞肉類。
排便量還是非常少。
認真考慮長期吃蔬（or素）。

大姨媽突然來訪。
這次不能喝熱可可舒緩經痛嚕。
例常性脾氣暴躁又情緒敏感。

和小男朋友晴時多雲偶陣雨狀態。
希望雨後出彩虹。
